@katreeya_e : ช่วงถ่ายละครไม่มีเวลาออกกำลังกาย อาหารก็ควบคุมยากเพราะทานอาหารในกองถ่ายตลอด (อร่อยมากด้วย😓😝) น้ำหนักเลยเพิ่มขึ้นนิดหนึ่ง 😓 แต่ตอนนี้มีตัวช่วยในการดูแลร่างกายและหุ่นค่ะ👍🏻👍🏻😁😁 อาหารคลีน ที่ส่งมาถึงที่.. พกไปไหนมาไหนได้สบาย ที่สำคัญอร่อยมากกกก ทานก็ไม่รู้สึกผิด😁😁👍🏻👍🏻 ขอบคุณ @prepgodbkk ที่จัดอาหาร อร่อยๆ มาให้แคทหนึ่งอาทิตย์เลย❤️❤️😁🍴 สบายเลย (คุกกี้อร่อยมากกกกก!!! คราวนี้ขอสั่งเพิ่มนะคะ อิอิ😜) ขอสั่งอาหารมาอีกเลยค่ะ!! ทานไปหมดแล้ว😅 ❤️❤️ The past few months while shooting TV dramas I haven’t had any time to workout, and it hasn’t been easy to manage or choose my food since I’m only eating on set (and the food is delicious by-the-way 😓😝) so I gained a little weight😓 But now I have some help in taking care of all of that, and my figure😁😁👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you to @prepgodbkk for preparing a week of extremely delicious, guilt free food and sending it straight to my front door❤️❤️😁🍴 It’s so convenient (the cookies are super yummy!!!!!
