@chunuonsee16 : A little booty & abs circuit I’ve been doing from about week 14 til now (week 23). It’s been a challenge to slow down, lessen weights, cut back on cardio, and everything really but I’ve finally find a bunch of moves I enjoy. I’ve been working out 5-7 days a week from before I found out I was pregnant, the whole way through til now and don’t plan on stopping. Getting a workout in has been so much essential to how good I feel and is very important towards both my health and baby’s health. So here’s the circuit- it’s good for whether you’re pregnant or not! Let me know if you guys would like to see more of the low impact workouts I’m currently doing and if you try this one out, let me know if you enjoyed it! Squat Pulse - 30 seconds Curtsy Lunges - 15 each side Squat to Kick - 15 each side Kneeling Squat Hold - 15 each direction Bird Dog - 15 each side Fire Hydrant - 15 each side Donkey Kicks - 15 each side Glute Bridge - 15 or more Clamshell - 15 each side or more Rock Backs - 15 each side Kick Backs - 15 each side or more Side Leg Lifts - 15 each side Repeat the entire circuit x2 or x3 🍑🔥 Or if you’re not up to it, pick 5 exercises and just repeat them x3 🤗 #prenatalworkout #23weeks #23weeksbumpin #pregnancyworkout #preggoworkout #lowimpact
