@notep : We got a total of 159.6 kilos of trash from our beach and underwater clean up the other day. Most of them are plastic bottles, fishing gear and micro plastics. According to the plastic lecture we had before our clean up, the main question is not “if we have micro plastics in us” anymore but “how much micro plastic we have in us”. Should there be a law to ban single use plastic? Why are we still pulling up fossil fuel to make new plastics? Why aren’t big companies taking more responsibility and start making some changes for the consumers? Why are we creating our own extinction? 🤔 Just thinking out loud.
