@notep : Wouldn’t it be nice to know where your food comes from? Yesterday I was super lucky to be invited to @samlor.bkk to try their sea to table menus. Here they source their seafood straight from the sea gypsies who has their own unique way of traditional fishing that doesn’t harm the environment. Not only that, they also uses all local ingredients to create each of their dishes full of umami flavors. Food waste is also a big concern to them and they make sure to use all parts of the fish using different methods to create them into each unique dishes and reuse parts of left over fruits/veggies as their decoration. When you know where you food comes from, you know it’s definitely good for you, the community and the environment! 💚🙏🏽 Thank you for the invite @mariamaymo @shinalodon
